To request a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) have a positive real-money balance in your Account. Pending wagers are not eligible for withdrawal until they are settled.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified in your Account, matching your KYC identity. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000.000; larger amounts may be processed in multiple tranches.

A wager may be declared void (and the stake refunded) in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed; the market is closed in error; a technical fault affects the price or market; or the bet was placed fraudulently or in error. ho778's decision on void bets is final.
